Even Better Business Agreements for Massage Practitioners

The employment landscape for massage practitioners is changing.  Massage franchises and large spas are employing thousands of practitioners, offering promotion and administration support, benefits and opportunity for advancement.  Clinic owners, plagued with problems associated with the loosely-committed contractor/client relationship would do well to observe this trend of massage practitioner as employee.

Join Don Dillon, RMT as we discuss problems with the contractor/client model, and why the employer/employee model may be just what the therapist ordered.
